Darkened Sky Studios is spending most of their time working to build Chron X2, but we want to make it easy and fun to keep playing the legacy Chron X1 client while we do.

If you can't solve the problem with the help of fellow players, please feel free to contact us directly, we're glad to hear from you!
The best way to get an answer is by writing to support@chronx.com , or calling us at (888) 456-6282, option 1.

When you do contact us, it would be best if you could have as much information as possible, such as:


  • Your username
  • Your user ID number (you can get this in the Manage Character screen in the game)
  • If you don't have the ID number, we need the name on the credit card used to register the account (only if you registered before June 2002)
  • What operating system you run (Windows XP, Windows ME, Windows 2000, Windows 98, etc.)
  • Your question, giving as much detail as possible.
