I'm absolutely sure that this deck could be refined a little bit. I didn't have 4 of all of the cards in it. It was designed with northern sprawl in mind.
We all know how hard it is to generate resources on this map to support our traditional decks. To make matters worse, an early blackout could spell doom if your deck cannot accommodate it. This deck was designed to let you produce resources even if you get blacked out. It also makes it harder for your opponent with attacking since there are three headquarters he/she must attack in the same city! This helps you with active defense and gives your deck an advantage!!!! The basic idea is to plop down your emergency action force cards in your HQ (they will feed surrounded). Cards like american union citizen and biomech raptor will help you thin your deck and feed surrounded. Once you get a programmer out its time to go crazy. Defensive position is sweet in northern sprawl because five hit points is a big deal when resources are thin. It also lets you draw a card. Core.thewhitezone.gov is a great way to thin your deck and pull surrounded into your hand. Many of the assets will sit there and produce resources for you. Put all of the bases in your HQ. Not only will they help your HQ city out, they will help surrounded. Corpsoft Development lab can run programs too, just dont use it to run surrounded. Pay attention to what you are doing, attack and both of you should have a laugh at the way that you won!
