Here's a deck I forgot I had that is good in a tourney or game where Omega cards are banned. Essentially you turn a 40 card deck into a thinned out 28 card deck for a 1 resource per card thinned. It's super fast for having no card drawing or Omega in it aside from the cards you draw with discard specials. Resources are no problem in it.
2 CorporateSoft(tm) Subcontractor - Discard for a card draw for 1 cyberops or think of adding a Corrosive Mites or 2.

4 Solum Destroyer - Discard for a card draw for 1 covert cost.

2 Bolt Thrower - Discard from play for a card draw for 1 military cost. FP bonus and disable effect.

1 Distributed HQ
4 NSA Franchise
4 Ops Center
2 Tinker Base
4 Rakan Development Center - Discard for a card draw for 1 cyberops or get resources if needed.
