Deck I made for a bit of fun. I haven't seen anyone try to use this, but then again I'm fairly out of the loop right now. It's possible that it may have some potential to be a competative deck.
4 Andy Fingers
3 Hired Thugs
2 Taikun Security Officer
4 David's Sling
4 Streetwise
2 Concussion Grenade Strike
4 Corporate Restructuring
4 Emergency Funds
1 Operation: Destiny
2 Build Site
4 Rakan Storefront
2 Razor Academy
1 Sarkov Combine HQ
4 Sarkov Combine Refinery
Basic idea of the deck is perma card removal with Andy + Sling as your offense. Thugs and Sec. Officers for defense. Rakan Storefronts to manipulate your resource pool to get Emergency Funds into play for a resource boost. And Streetwise for a cheap draw a card/deck filler.
Any thoughts on tweaks to give this more of an edge? It is possible to have an andy out and "memeing" hands by turn 3-4. But it seems very vulnerable to counters and bad draws.

I think the idea is reasonable but for this deck, I don't really see much defense for your HQ. The other problem with using a champ with decent firepower is enough exists that can block it, like security checkpoint or defense grid.

Yep, you can do something like this. The 5 FP on Andy isn't ideal for David's Sling, but ok in a lot of cases. You can try Safety in Numbers (option), better would be something to knock andy down to 1 FP temporarity.
The card draw and resources look to be on the right track. Emergency funds with storefronts looks nice, but the limit on when it can be played slows you down. Gotta think backdoor authorization is better than Streetwise. You're making some cyber and not using is or converting.
Might be able to speed this up some with Arell Cartel HQ, and Calling in a Favor instead of corporate restructuring. Drums or some other cheap searcher will help finding hq quickly.
